REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the 2nd Annual Literally Lakehead Literacy Conference

The 2nd annual “Lit”erally Lakehead Literacy Conference registration is OPEN! This amazing professional learning event is open to all current and aspiring Kindergarten through Grade 12 educators! The focus for this event is to help share effective and research-based literacy instruction across the grade levels and subject areas. We also have sessions for current and aspiring leaders! Educators of Lakehead Public Schools receive free access. Admission for all other educators or students will be $25.
We are happy to announce our two Keynote Speakers – Tara Armstrong and Christine Senior. Both are experienced educators from the Durham region and were speakers at this year’s “For the Love of Reading” conference! More in their bio’s below 馃檪.

The first 50 registrants will get a free copy of “Explicit Instruction” by Anita Archer!
Lunch is provided and there will be conference swag for every participant as well as door prizes!
